For those thinking about the Wellness Weight loss Program, I am a patient who started and finished the program exceeding my weight goal!! I found it easy to stick with the food and daily shakes are delicious…. Really delicious! Yup, my clothing size went down… down… down and my confidence went up, up, up.

Just a word about the weekly nutrition visits… they are necessary. They keep you on track, educated and motivated.

This is a very effective weight loss program with a lot of help and education, but more importantly achieving “RESULTS”. It changes how a person interacts with food.

I have been a patient of Dr. Seema Mohan for a few years. Initially an extensive blood panel was ordered before seeing Dr. Mohan. When I met with her my A1C had elevated to 9.7. She was concerned and I consulted with my primary care physician. I chose to try diet and exercise to reduce the A1C rather than medication.

I started the weight loss program in February. I met with the nutrition consultant weekly and Dr. Mohan monthly. As of May 30, my A1C was 5.9 and I have lost over 15lbs. This program is easy to follow and the medical supervision is essential to the program.

I started the weight program at Dr. Mohan’s office in January 2018. The program was explained and after that initial intro I met with Dr. Mohan and the nutritionist, Kaylee and started the program. I met once a week with Kaylee and she kept me on track. I lost over 20lbs on the program. It wasn’t easy but the encouragement by Dr. Mohan and Kaylee kept me on track.
